Bae's 7th Birthday-April 2010

Bae's birthday this year was sports themed. I made his cake by myself and each had a different flavor. I was so proud of myself! The basketball was red velvet with cream cheese frosting, the football was devils food with chocolate icing, and the soccer ball was butter recipe cake with fudge and vanilla frosting. My little sister, Caitlyn did a fantastic job with the baseball cupcakes too!



We had the usual family and friends guests, plus some new friends courtesy of the boys' Upward soccer teams.







How is it that my brother managed to weasel his way into both of these pictures? HMMMMM.

Bae is a little more reserved when it comes to opening presents than Brek, but definitely loves the attention of having all eyes on him.





Finally it was time to blow out the candles. Little did he know what an adventure that would turn out to be! The trick candles turned out to be a big hit! Happy Birthday, Bae!
